We
got back safely after a wonderful experience.
The services of Indovision added hugely to our
enjoyment. I have to start with our driver Kanwarlal.
He was very pleasant to be with. He was relaxed
but always utterly professional. He is an excellent
driver and we always felt safe (something one
does not say lightly about Indian roads). We felt
very safe with him and knew he was always looking
out for us in every way.
Your guides were always punctual and helpful.
( they were all keen that Indovision was pleased
with their services). I have recommended Indovision
to everybody I have spoken to.
On your website: It is important to make people
confident that you are what you are. I recommend
some photographs of say, you, your brother, some
of your drivers and guides. Also a photo of your
office (internal and external). Perhaps a short
cv of you and one other person. Then how about
a slogan. Something along these lines :BIG ENOUGH
TO LOOK AFTER ALL YOUR NEEDS, SMALL ENOUGH TO
GIVE YOU PERSONAL SERVICE. It is a little bit
cheeky but confident:; but then you do deliver.
Please feel free to run any ideas by me. I would
be delighted to help in any way I can. ( I am
in shipping myself and employ over 300 so I understand
how important people are)

My apologizes that I did not send you a message
earlier. But because of moving our household from
one place to another, we had other priorities.
I want to let you know that our trip in India,
organized by Indovision tours, was very good.
All six of us are very satified of the arrangements
you made.
The service of the local agents was OK, the guides
gave us a lot of information, the drivers were
always in time and did there job very well and
we have no complaints about the accomodations,
the breakfast and the program.
So we thank you very much for this good service.
Because of that too, our experiences were great
and we got a good impression of the parts of India
we visited. We will recommandade Indovisionttours
to friends and family.
Thanks again and, who nows, we will meet again,
somewhere, sometime!!!

Thankyou
for all your help in organizing our trip around
India.
The drivers were very helpful and obliging through
out our travels with them.
Whilst most of our trip was enjoyable, the experience
was mared by our stay at both the trident Hilton
hotels. We had asked for a cott for our 2 year
old son at both the Hilton hotels but did not
receive them. On the second night at Udaipur after
complaining several times in 1 day, they gave
us a single bed. We did not use it as my son is
only two and could have fallen off it. With the
exception of one housekeeeping staff [Manoj] at
Udaipur, the staff at both the Hiltons were generally
quite unhelpful. We infact placed a formal complaint
at reception at Udaipur Hilton. We had asked for
the manager and assistant manager , but neither
were available. My two year old son had food poisoning
and was quit ill during this time. My son was
had a high temperature, was vomitting, and had
diarrhoea. Under these circumstances all three
of us had to sleep in 1 bed! For my son's ill
health we had to ask for a doctor, who gave Rayhaan
an injection and prescribed various medication.
The hotel staff at Udaipur were well aware of
all this! My troubles were made worse by the attitude,
general unhelpfullness and slow speed of response
of the staff at these hotels.
I would appreciate it if you could make a formal
complaint to these hetel's and keep me informed
of their responses.
We will be returning to India next october, and
will contact you nearer the time for further travel
arrangements. Next time please do not book us
into any Hilton Hotels.

we would have been very nervous. He was very kind,
thoughtful & courteous at all times. His gift
of the Rose Malas to us on New Year's day was
very kind & my wife Tara was especially very
touched by his gesture. His driving skills are
excellent inspite of the fact that a motorbike
rider deliberately scratched the passnger side
& then sped off. When we had a
request for anything, to Mr. Kanwar Lal, it was
no trouble at all. A very humble & kind individual.
It was our privilege to meet him & God willing,
when we next return to India, which we will once
we have saved enough, we will be delighted for
him to drive us again.
In the meantime, if we can assist Indovision to
obtain any further clients from UK, we will be

As you will see from the remarks above, Hotel
Sugan Niwas had very SLOW service & the quality
of food was just about okay.
Hotel Hindustan Int'l was the worst experience
we had.in India. Sadly, I ended up compaining
to the General Manager & our bill for extras
like room
service for Rs 420 approx was cancelled. The object
of the complaint was being served with powdered
milk that was dated August 2004 & even after
the
complaint to reception, we had the same scenario
in the evening. The first morning, the food at
9.30am was COLD, after complaint to the captain,
was
supposed to be cooked fresh but still served existing
cold scrambled egg, duty manager was called by
us & food cooked but was served with COLD
grilled tomatoes. It would not serve Indovision
to use this hotel again. We have nothing but admiration
for the way Indovision personnel conducted
themselves & the efficiency of your organisation
is greatly admired by us. We will certainly use
your services again in the future.Thank you all
for
the wonderful experience on our honeymoon. Our
special regards to Mr. Kanwar Lal.

are now all safely home and recovering from the

had many wonderful experiences and would like
to thank you for all the advice and recommendations
and for ensuring that everything went so smoothly.

were particularly concerned that if we didnt
get along with our guide on the Agra to Udaipur
section it could be a difficult 8 days. However,
Amit was excellent, very knowledgeable and pleasant
company too.
The
restaurant in the Broadway Hotel on the last evening
was very good, as you said. I called you only
because the Hotel itself was not so nice, and
we had some time to wait there. We did not want
to go to a market carrying our passports &
tickets etc. However, it all worked out fine.
We
have completed the questionnaire in your folder
and I will fax it to you.
